Our last Future Eagle's Session was May 22. Our lesson was about "Opposites"! First we got to go on a 'search and find' mission. We were given the cap to a bottle and we had to find the correct bottle and bring it back to our helper with the lid screwed on. After we did one, we got to go off and search again for another lid and bottle that matched. This worked on our fine motor skills and opposites. We learned that a small lid can't go on to a big bottle! |

Next, we talked about opposites. We learned a song about opposites, looked at a poster about opposites, read a book about opposites, and then used opposites as a ticket to get on a make believe bus. We took the tickets and looked for the opposite partner. |

Our snack time came with some learning too, as usual. We searched for opposites again; light and dark, thick and thin, soft and hard. After we did this, we got to enjoy our snacks. |

| Before recess we worked with opposites again. This time with balls; heavy and light, big and little, soft and hard. After we talked about opposites we got to take the balls out to recess and play with them. | |||||
