| Our Computer Lab was first set up in 1996-97 school year as a gift to us from Mrs. Bernice Jones. We are very grateful to her for her generosity to purchase computers for all of the schools in the Springdale School District. In December of 2001, Springdale School District Technology Department purchased new computers to update our Computer Lab. We received 29 new computers in the lab. We are able to access the Internet on all 29 computers, plus have many new software titles. | ||||

| Mrs. Place is our Computer Lab Assistant. This is her fourth year in the Springdale Public School System, and is very excited to be here at Elmdale. She aids the teachers and staff in the support and use of technology in curriculum and instruction. She is also responsible for general upkeep of all the computers in the building. This may include changing out parts if the computer breaks down, updating or adding new software, and other things as needed to keep our computers running smoothly. | ||||
